Saeglopur (2250) - Vienna Woods, AUSTRIA - NOV 1, 2016
Draught at Craft Beer Co Clerkenwell, London.
Ruby, hazy body, with a small, dissipating, slightly pink head.
Aroma of barnyard, sour cherries, sour berries, apples, pears, slight leather.
Taste follows this, with some vinegar.
Medium, slick mouthfeel, with a lively carbonation.
Finishes sour, medium dry, with sour cherries, pears, some funk.

Very nice. Sour and fresh, with nice, diverse fruit notes. Not an outstanding style example maybe, but really enjoyable.

On keg at craft beer calling. Pours fairly bright red with a pink head round the edge of the glass. Nose of sweet red fruits. Amazingly sour with a great salty finish. Quite fruity but overall sour taste wins through. Really good.

Big lemon, lactic, funk and barrel on top of a fuck ton of plums on the nose. Cool nose. Great looking beer, bright red purple with a off white head. Dry tangy plum, minerals, lemon, lactic notes, barrel funk. Bright carbonation, effervescent, almost refreshing. Good stuff.
