Bottle at the brewery. Pours cloudy, dark gold-amber with a foamy, white head. Clean, light pine aroma with some grass. Mild sweet flavor, light resins in there, bit more pine and grass. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Great balance, especially in the finish, so clean, more grass, pine and mild citrus rind. Superb. Travlr (25556) - Charlotte, North Carolina, USA - AUG 28, 2011
Bottle from the source during the RBESG, organized by Nate - thanks! Hazy deep golden color, small off white head, scant lacing. Aroma of tall grass, weeds. Taste is grass, light spice, good malt balance. Tasty stuff. Benjii (3049) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - NOV 4, 2011
Thanks Craig for sharing this. Pours a golden colour with a decent white head. Aroma of pine, passion fruit, caramel and barley. Similar flavours with a foamy mouth-feel, mild carbonation and a little CO2 prickle. Fairly bitter and a little dry to finish. GT (10001) - San Diego, California, USA - AUG 29, 2011
500mL thanks to Travlr. The pour is a clear, light orange with a healthy, white head. Webby lace. Nose is dank American tropical hops. Huge jackfruit, nectarines, grapefruit, pineapple. Aromatic hops die off after awhile to bring something more like dried peanuts, specifically the skin around the nut, not the shell. Taste is salty peanuts, lots of nutty bitterness like Brazil nut and walnut skins. Great malt backbone to this one. No water or soap on the palate. Very good. 500 ml bottle shared by Travlr: Pours a clear deep golden bronze with a spotty-lacing white head. Has a fresh resiny hoppy nose with a sweet pale maltiness. Starts with effervescent carbonation and clean light malty sweetness with a good crisp resiny hop flavor and bitter balance before a drier refreshing finish. An enjoyable APA.

Bottle at the brewery. Hazy amber beer, good sized pale cream head. Light crisp palate, semi dry. Light pithy orange that turns in to marmalade and then a little bitterness. Minderals. Dry finish. Good stuff.
Bottle @ Kernel. Pours clear golden with a small white head and lacings. Citrus, orange and grass. Dry, crisp, smooth and easy. FatPhil (16689) - Tallinn, ESTONIA - SEP 5, 2011
330ml bottle (Kernel, RBESG2011 Saturday)
Hazy orange. A lovely sharp hoppy taste. Tangy retronasals. Citrussy and grapefruity. Very nettly. Superb balance for a strong hoppy IPA. Great tingle of hops and lovely dry finish.
