I like this - flavour and aroma are great and punchy. But. It’s a bit too bitter for my liking but it’s splitting hairs really

Bottle, poured bright orange with fluffy white head. As always with Kernel, there?s a bit of haze; hops or sediment, probably both. Scent is incredible, it?s all pine and mangoes, with a hint of sweetness. Taste backs this up with an aggressive pine finish with plenty of sweet tropical fruit to begin with. In all another wonderful beer from the Kernel.

50 cl bottle, Sheffield, UK via The Dram Shop. Merry Christmas. Hazy apricot-light brown colour. Orange zest and brown sugar aroma. Nectarine and pine resin come through, then a bitterness at the back of the throat with a medium length finish. leaparsons (10546) - Wigston, Leicestershire, ENGLAND - DEC 25, 2011
Bottle. Golden with a thin bubbly foam. Aromas are toffee malt with tinned nectarine, grapefruit and pineapple. Herbal and floral green pine with woody notes. Flavours are sweet oranges and pineapple with nutty notes and grapefruit and herbal pine bitterness. Spritzy on the palate. Hazy tangerine coloured beer, good white head. Light palate. Dry and a little crispy. A little lacto cream in the even pale malt. A little fresh orange and grapefruit, the grapefruit providing bitterness. That typical Galaxy earthy mango is here but very subtle. Fairly bitter dry finish with mild minerals. Real legs in the bitterness that reach long in to the aftertaste.

Galaxy Cascade version! Hazy gold beer, good pale cream colour head. Palate is light, fairly dry and has good fine carbonation. Thin malts, mild sweetness. Dry spicy hops with floralness, mildly tangy citrus and a trace of candy fruits. Tangy fruity spicy finish, a whisper of Galaxy fruit salad. Plenty going on.
