Keg at the Old Fountain. Very hazy gold beer, little white head. Palate is minerally crisp and semi dry. Very nice rich orange peel hops, little fresh orange and traces of peach, lemon and marmalade. Finishes crisp and adds mild tropical fruits. Medium bitter linger. Great PA.

Keg at the Old Fountain - London. Pours cloudy gold with a tight, creamy white head. Smells beautiful, lots of sweaty hops, juicy citrus, grapefrut and tangerine, tropical fruits, peach. Light to medium sweet flavor with perfect offseting bitterness, some lightly bready pale malts, lightly tangy tanerine, some pithy grapefruit, ripe orange, hints of pine. Light to medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Juicy and resinous to finish with slight mineral dryness, some sticky pine and semi-ripe citrus, a bit of melon. Just completely drinkable; indeed, that may be a complaint, as I drank this beer far too quickly - I just couldnt help it. Wonderful, wonderful.

Frischer herber, sehr fruchtiger Antrunk. In Mittelteil bleibt der Hopfen konstant, die Fruchtigkeit sinkt aber deutlich, wenig trocken, rund. Der Hopfen schmiegt sich dicht an die Zunge, trockenes Finish. 11/11/12/11/11/11

Keg, Hanging Bat. Hazy, a little dull on the hops - getting more galaxy here - with a mild pale malt character. It is made well but maybe wasnt thought out with brightness and expressive character in mind.

500mL bottle, pours a cloudy golden-tinted yellow with a small white head. Aroma reveals the citra hops upfront, with notes of pine and stone fruits. Flavour is dry and fruity, with notes of peach and pineapple, along with subverted pine and lingering fruity notes. A great rendition of this pale ale. Very good.
