Keg at the Old Fountain - London. Pours cloudy gold with a tight, creamy white head. Smells beautiful, lots of sweaty hops, juicy citrus, grapefrut and tangerine, tropical fruits, peach. Light to medium sweet flavor with perfect offseting bitterness, some lightly bready pale malts, lightly tangy tanerine, some pithy grapefruit, ripe orange, hints of pine. Light to medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Juicy and resinous to finish with slight mineral dryness, some sticky pine and semi-ripe citrus, a bit of melon. Just completely drinkable; indeed, that may be a complaint, as I drank this beer far too quickly - I just couldn’t help it. Wonderful, wonderful. 50cl bottle Coppers 8til8 Newcastle. Gorgeous grapefruit aroma, equally well flavoured with the same & a great background biscuit note. Very smooth and rounded, subtle and moreish. Some sherbert, grass and blackcurrant in the finish, which is lingering and nigh on perfect. Superb yet again. 77ships (9632) - Antwerpen, BELGIUM - JUL 1, 2013
50 cl. bottle sampled @ RBESG 2013. Thx! to chriso & Boudicca. Hazy golden, creamy white bubbles. Nose is huge grapefruit, wonderfully hoppy, creamy, lots of flowers, touch sugar,… Taste is bitter citrus, creamy, sweet, clear yeast as is the habit with Kernel for these kinds of beers, some bitter herbs, lemon peel, sweet yeast. Fuller, clear yeast Kernel body. Bottled on 03/06/2013 so reasonably fresh. w_adwersarz (435) - Cracow, POLAND - JUL 13, 2014
Barwa bardzo ładna złota opalizujące, ale to może dlatego że niezbyt ostrożnie nalałem. Piana skromna, pozostawiająca zadowalający lacing.
Aromat zwalający z nóg, lekko słodowy ciasteczkowy no i oczywiście cytrusy, skórka grejpfrutowa.
W ustach jest wytrawnie, średnie wysycenie, goryczka raczej niska jako kontra dla niewielkiej słodowości.
Rześkie i bardzo pijalne. Countbeer (6592) - Best of E-Town mit 2 Brauhausen, NETHERLANDS - JUL 5, 2013

Bottle from The Beerhive. 5.1 %. Another winning PA from Kernel. Muddy orange with large but quickly dissipating head. Mango and tangerine on the nose and a medium oily body with soft carb. Balanced zestiness and funkiness, nice sour edge on the end. i will bathe in kernel one day. JohnRMurdoch (4825) - Glasgow, SCOTLAND - JUL 11, 2013
330ml bottle from Hippo Beers. Hazy orange amber brown, not much head. Hop grapefruit & mango aroma. Fruity hop flavour, not as intense as most Kernel beers, this one is smoother and sweeter. SlackerMads (3360) - DENMARK - JUN 19, 2014

Bottle at home watching England lose to Uruguay, 19th June 14. Lovely pale ale and so easy to drink. Hops shine, and a delicate malt balance makes this delicious mR_fr0g (11894) - Hertfordshire, ENGLAND - JUN 29, 2014
Bottle shared with Sarah at home picked up at the brewery. Wonderful aroma bursts from the glass, lovely bouquet of tropical fruit, peach melba, lychee, orange. Classic kernel appearance, golden orange with a light hazed and a lasting thin white head. Flavour is composed of clean base malt with light wheraty grainyness. Hops are grassy, lemon rind, tropical fruits, pineapple. Bitterness is slightly rough round the edges with a bit of hop leaf and grassyness. Palate is medium bodies, grainy and moderate carbonation. Flavour is not quite as good as the aroma would have you believe but overall very pleasing.
