Pretty cloudy beige beer, small creamy off-white head, pretty stable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: pretty fruity, lots of citrus, some pineapple, nice stuff! MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: very bitter, bit malty, citrus, soft bitterness, bit of grapefruit, grassy. Aftertaste: sourish touch, from the wheat I'm guessing, citrus, fruity notes, some kiwi.
500ml bottle from Beergonzo. Bottled 06.06.17. Pours clear orange with a smooth white head. Aroma of wheaty notes, citrusy hops, pine, grass, hints of caramel and fruits. Taste is crisp, citrusy and grassy with some pine, hints of wheaty yeastiness and fruits. Finish is crisp and hoppy with some citrus, pine and grass, hints of wheaty notes. Okay, but not sure what's the point of wheat here. 6bottlepack (607) - Devon, ENGLAND - AUG 13, 2017
Bottle from Hops and Crafts Exeter. Pours slightly hazy gold with a white head. Aroma citrus, orange peel, tangerine ,lemon, pineapple & papaya . Taste is disappointing . Orange peel & tangerine marred by a dusky ,earthy ,dusty flavour . Smooth & light bodied the finish is bittersweet & dry with more dusky ,earthy ,dusty flavours hiding the tangerine & citrus flavours . SlackerMads (3646) - DENMARK - AUG 12, 2017
Bottle. Murky golden with a small white head. Peach, dust, flowers and light garlic in the nose. The flavour has honey, dust, bread, hay, peach, dried apricot and light chalk. Filling texture with little bitterness, soft and smooth. Tasty enough, but a bit too sweet for my liking. Scopey (16529) - Croydon, Greater London, ENGLAND - AUG 4, 2017
Bottle from Whole Foods. It pours lightly hazy golden with a medium white head. The aroma is fairly soft, stone fruits, apricot, persimmon, toasty grain and bread. The taste is crisp, dry, bitter, orange peel, grassy, pine, toasty grain, wheaten bread, apricot and bit of spice with a firmly dry finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Pretty alright, but could be a bit brighter. It’s decent enough, but a bit so-so for Kernel.

Very hazy gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is light and fairly dry. Reasonable fine carbonation. Smooth malts, mildly sweet. Light and fresh orange, little orange peel. Smooth pine. Modest hop spice. Touch of tangerine. Nice enough but I was expecting more from a Citra centric Kernel beer.
Bottle from Cotteridge Wines; hazy amber pour with a thin off white head, aroma has lemon, grapefruit and tangerine, taste has loads of citrus action, grapefruit, creamy lemon curd, Light bitterness. Leighton (23092) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - JUL 7, 2017
Keg at the Bottle Shop - Bermondsey. Pours unclear yellow-gold with a slender, white head. The nose holds restrained pithy lemon, wheat flakes, dry pale malts, pine needles. Light sweet flavour with pleasant pithy citrus character, more lemon, some grapefruit, a little grass, hay. Light bodied with fine to average carbonation. Good balance in the finish, lightly drying, with more lemony pith, grapefruit. Quite concise, I’d say. Drinks like a real quenching dream. jamestulloch (4466) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - JUL 6, 2017
Bottle from Bottle Baron. Hazy bronze body with a thin white head. Steady carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of lemon jelly, white bread and mandarin. Flavour of lemon cream, orange sherbet and straw. Thin to medium body with a smooth texture. Soft fizz. It’s surprisingly thin (I thought the wheat would add body) but the flavour is great. Stuu666 (15526) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - JUL 6, 2017
Keg at the hanging bat. Pours hazy yellow, nose is grapefruit, orange, taste is sweet, citrus, toffee.
