500ml bottle- all of it, bits included. Beautiful fresh squeezed grapefruit, pine sap, intense flowers, almost patchouli nose. Lean and punishing with an iron-like richness; soap and flowers, G+T dryness, husk, greenery. Fairly massive bitterness subsiding into biscuit crumbs and a dab of honey. Finely misted orange with a low white head. Almost too much.

Bottle @ Byron Burger, South Ken. The pour’s a clear golden amber color with a small white head. The nose is tangerine, light soap, fresh resinous pine tree and a bit of cheese. The taste is quite woody, full of coniferous freshness. A touch of citrus and exotic fruit. Dry bitterness on the finish. Medium body, active carbonation. Overall, a touch too dry to be considered a top-shelf Kernel brew. Still, good. TimE (5817) - Tokyo, JAPAN - JAN 13, 2013
Hazy golden amber. Hugely piney, woody nose. Very well defined nose. Huge hoppy mouth, with not much malt backbone, but hop chariacter is soo well defined and characterized it is truely remarkable. Thin body. Moderately bitter finish. Decent and interesting stuff. shoulderbroken (4255) - Tokyo, JAPAN - JAN 15, 2013

Moreish tropical fruit nose - Kernel PAs have some of the ripest aromas around. Smooth body, light and a bit fizzy. Fruity with a soft bitter finish. wyzzywyz22 (2108) - Wirral, Merseyside, ENGLAND - AUG 16, 2013
Bottle, Spring 2013 from Beer Ritz, Leeds. Slightly hazy golden pour, crowned with a bubbly white head. Enticing nose containing some lovely fruit. Flavour was piney hop, citrus and a little sweet malt. Dried out towards the finish. All told, a cracking APA that is oh so drinkable. spacecube (1723) - Leeds, West Yorkshire, ENGLAND - JAN 31, 2013
Bottled 14/12/12, 6 weeks old. Hazy, golden brown pour, small head, in the nose citrus hops, in the mouth they come to life more, orange peel, grapefruit, mango. Plenty of fruitiness. some caramel sweetness, Quite well balanced ale with a bit more emphasis on the hops and with a crisp bittersweet finish. Nce
