Bottle sample at a tasting at troubles’s place. Thanks Max. Cloudy yellow with a white head. Great aroma of juicy hops, fruity and oniony. Dry flavor with fruity, oniony and "green" hops, bitter finish. Quite light-bodied. Good and refreshing.

Bottle at home picked up from the brewery. An attractive mostly clearbright golden yellow coloured pour with a lasting white frothy head. Aroma is super punchy with dank grassy citrus notes mixed with nice tropical fruit elements, mango, llychee, little petrol. Flavour is composed of simple crisp base malts, slightly earthy grains, mellow dank hop notes, hint of grassy onion, background rounded tropical fruits. Assertive firm hop bitterness. Palate is medium light bodied, grainy, moderate carbonation and a nice crisp finish. Punches way above it’s weight in turns of flavour / ABV. Really good.

330ml bottle at Wholefoods, as ’The Kernel Pale Ale Mosaic Columbus Zeus’, 5.2%, less than 2 months old. Murky dark orange brown, opaque, foamy white head, dotted lacing. Aroma is mostly pineapple chunks, light pine and mint, some peach. Body is smooth with tingly carbonation. Taste is intense and vibrant, peachy, bready malt, floral perfume, grassy finish with some pine. Very good APA.

Keg at Andrew Usher’s. Hazy golden body with no head, carbonation or lacing - a bit odd. Aroma of grapefruit, melon rind and waxed lemon. Flavour of hop spice, fresh orange and watered-down grapefruit juice. Thin to medium body with an oily texture. Soft fizz. Lean and hoppy.

Bottle [from trade with Madmitch76] @ home. Hazy yellow color, medium sized white to off-white head. Aroma is -as always with hoppy Kernel beers- superbly hoppy, fruit hoppy and fresh. Lovely. Taste lightly malts, hops, fruit hops, tropical fruits, grapefruit, fruit hop bitter, moderately bitter finish. Decent body, suitable soft carbonation. Delicious!

On tap at Craft Covent Garden. Hazy gold lasting white head. Nettle and tropical fruit aroma. Beautiful aroma. Intensity of an ipa at a apa abv It’s awesome. Some bitterness on the finish. More or less flat on the floor lovely. A little earthy but thats just the goodness of the hops. Yellow grapefruit. Jeez that’s good. One of the best Kernel pale ales. I dont like them so much on keg vs bottle but this is just heavenly. When they are good they are brilliant.
