Draft at Uiltje bar. Aroma of white grape and nettle. Fruity taste of soft white grape, nettle, malt and some grain. Nelson sauvin works well, but the beer could use more crispyness.

Bottle. Crisp, sharp lime notes, gooseberry, subtle passion fruit. Soft mouthfeel, crisp, amazing balance. So it is actually possible to make a pale ale exclusively with Nelson Sauvin without any notes reminiscent of diesel/sulphur? Hear, hear.
