Cloudy amber - gold beer. Good cream coloured head. Crisp dry palate. Fresh pithy grapefruit - orange. Some minerals and a carbonated sting in the tail. A little Nelson skunk comes through with a whisper of tropical fruits and a trace of lemon. Dry finish. Interesting and tasty if a tad dry.

The taste is orange, clementine, white grape, pineapple, sharp citrus bite, earth and pecorino cheese, with a long dry finish. Medium body, moderate carbonation and soft mouth-feel. Soft and very drinkable. The Nelson Sauvin has taken this one over. NS 1-0 Stella.
