Bottle 50 cl. Courtesy of madmitch76. Pours a hazy golden with a white head. Very fresh, tropical hop aroma. Medium body, a light fruity sweetness - we’re talking mango and pawpaw here. Very dry and bitter finish. 200312 Fin (10473) - Merton, Oxfordshire, England, Oxfordshire, ENGLAND - JAN 18, 2012
Bottle from Kernel Brewery Dec 2011, consumed at brothers, Dumbleton, Worcs, 13.01.12 Pours hazy yellow to gold, quite murky in fact. Soft but then an assured bitterness showing. Quite peppery in the mouth, in fact very peppery, with hoppy run across the gums, touch of light spiciness. Good beer. A6 A3 T7 P3 Ov14 3.3 oh6gdx (26482) - Vasa, FINLAND - DEC 30, 2011

Hazy yellow colour, mediumsized creamy white head. Aroma is fruits, spices, wood and some mild floral notes. Flavour is fruity and quite spicy with some mild bready and yeasty notes along with some resin, wood and mild grassyness.

Bottle 500ml. @ home.
Clear medium orange yellow colour with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted - caramel, moderate to heavy hoppy, citrus, grapefruit, tropical fruit. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, dusty. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.
Bottle at the Kernel Brewery. It pours cloudy light orange, with a massive white head. The nose is tangerine, grass, wood and mozzarella. The taste is yeast, citrus pith, grapefruit, leather, spice, wood, hay, grass and creamy mozzarella, with a big dry finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Good for sure, but not my favourite hop combo from the Kernel Crew.

Bottle at Kernel Brewery. Per Patrik Jan tasting. Very yeasty appearance. Good new zealand tang. Tangy tropical fruit. Bit of earthy hops. Good hops. Decent pale malts. Its got some dirtyness to it i cant explain. Decent Leighton (21083) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - NOV 30, 2011
Bottle at home in London. Pours the usual hazy gold with a medium creamy white head. The aroma is gloriously inviting. Tons of fresh pineapple, grapefruit and bubblegum. Flavor follows up well. Light to medium sweet with a dry, woody bitterness, some citrus rind, zesty lemon and grapefruit. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Quite dry on the finish with some pale malts, wood, grass, toasted straw, pithy citrus. The carbonation is actually quite mouth-filling now. A dry, grassy bitterness with subtle pine lingers on the tongue. An excellent beer overall. madmitch76 (24360) - , Essex, ENGLAND - NOV 16, 2011

Very hazy orange - gold beer. Decent white head. Palate is silky smooth and semi dry. Fine carbonation. A small amount of creamy malt. The hops provide fresh orange and lemon - not too aggressive. More smooth creamy malt and then grapefruit bitterness through the semi dry finish and beyond. A very nice pale ale as always from the Kernel. Very drinkable and with great flavoursome hops that don’t bite your head off.
