Bottle split at RBWG ’16 hotel lobby share, thanks to b3SHN, 01/02/16. Hazed light red with a decent crimson cap. Nose is red berry must, straw, tangy fruit rinds, subtle barrel notes. Taste comprises zingy pink berry burst, light acidic bite, oak, wood must, funk, tarte raspberries. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, light acidic rise in a drying close. Decent well balanced sour.

Keg @ GTMW ’16. Hazy reddish pour with a small head. Nose has some tart berry skin. Juicy blueberry / raspberry. Flavor is surprisingly sharp. Fairly acidic. Some woody character. Red berry mash. Some pennies. Ligh body, pillowy carb. Too harsh and sharp to be truly enjoyable. A rare miss from The Livery.

MrBunn (2868) - The Wet Side of a Dry Town, Pennsylvania, USA - OCT 15, 2016
Bottle. Pour is a deep red with no head and musty aromas of light raspberry. Flavor is very nice but the sour flavor is a bit of a green olive tartness. It works pretty well with the fruit and body in this beer though.
