Bottle @ Steasy’s. Thanks for sharing! Deep brown pour with a tight off-white head. Plenty of bourbon. Forest fruit skin. Toasty biscuit. Mellow spiciness. Similar flavor with a nice bit of chocolate added. Sweet dark fruits. Toast. Substantial, well-integrated stuff. Nice.

Bottle shared by Marcus. Pours dark brown with a transient head. Aroma of oak and dark malt plus bourbon. Dark fruit! Med + body. Flavor is moderate bourbon, dark treacle, plummy fruits and some oak astringency. It’s not wholly dry, but it’s very smooth and tasty. Excellent.

Bottle from The Livery. Pours dark brown with a transient tan head and a dark fruit and bourbon aroma. There is a full-bodied dark malt flavor with a little dark fruit and a bourbon finish.

Sampled during Bengals Tailgate 12/13/15. Looks like a 500ml bottle, 2015 vintage. 96 of 204. Bottled 11/20/14. Very dark brown color. Ring of khaki head. Nice cocoa, milk chocolate, some almond milk, dark fruit, touch of coffee, biscuit. Moderate sweet taste, light to moderate bitter. Hides alcohol very well, whatever it is. Little dark fruit (touch of red grape). Nice woody barrel character, very well integrated, not too much warmth. Nice stuff.

500 ml bottle shared by Tmoney99 - thanks again, Tom! 2015 vintage, bottle 96 of 204. Pours an opaque brown with a khaki ring for a head. Notes of chocolate, earth, soy, marshmallow, vanilla, fudge, and oak. Medium-bodied, with low carbonation and a boozy, flat, sweet, and coating mouthfeel. Lacking in certain areas but somehow the sum is more satisfying than the parts. Not bad. Seems much older, though; not sure how long it sat in barrels.

500 ml bottle shared by Tmoney99. Pours dark brown to black in color with a small beige head. The aroma and flavor have roasted malt, bourbon, dark fruits, wood, earthy, molasses, smooth, some vanilla, a nice sipper for a cold?winter day (actually we are drinking at the Bengals game and it’s in the 60’s in Cincinnati).

Bottle shared by Derek - thanks! Dark dense cola pour with a minor head. Rich bourbon and wood. Slightly hot. I dig it.

Sampled from the tap at the brewery. Pours black with a yellowish brown head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a sweet bourbon that is quite boozy with some sweet dark grains, raisin and a bit of roasted malts. Flavor has a combination of sweet dark grains, raisin and bourbon with a bit of roasted malt supporting.
