Bottle at Ungstrup’s. Pours hazy amver with stable off-white head. Intense aroma of a dusty cellar with subtle notes of hops. Draft. Sharp smoke in the beginning, fruit and fruity pebbles flavors, tartness in the finish, slight woodiness. Awesome brew.

Aroma is shellfish brine and slight caramel. Pours red brown with a nice small head. Taste is nice with a big salt open and a sweet caramel toffee body. Notes of hickory and wheat are very present. 33cl Bottle from De Bierkoning. Clear dark-amber colour, frothy beige head. Aroma of nuts, toast, caramel, tart wheat, coriander. Flavour is dry, watery, tart, nutty, caramel, light spicy, tart/bitter watery finish with some grainy edges. Light-bodied. Not very enjoyable imo.
