Amber pour with a khaki head. Nose is fruity with some banana and lemon aromas. Light tartness, some spice, wood, and maybe a hint of smoke. Surprisingly bland flavor of lemon juice, water, and bread. Mildly salty, some wood, and spice. OleR (4849) - Oslo, NORWAY - MAY 11, 2013
Bottle kindly shared by larsga. Tall eggshell colored top. Cloudy orange golden body. Fresh ashy and acidic nose. Taste is salty mineralic, with a nice fruity acidity and wood tones. Dry. Mid-bodied. Salty fruit finish. Highly refreshing. marcus (10684) - Sacramento, California, USA - APR 28, 2013
On tap at Beer Revolution. Pours medium-brown with a nice beige head and a fruity aroma. There is a tart herbal malt flavor with a dry finish. monk191 (2023) - Portland, Oregon, USA - APR 14, 2013
A very unique beer. Pours a beautiful bright amber with an off white head. Smell is of citrus and hickory. Taste is very interesting, more citrus, with a slightly sour and salty finish. Quite unique. Had on tap at Mill Valley Beerworks.

Good, fluffy, dirty-cream head, fed by fine, lively carbonation in fully hazy orange-amber beer. Coriander, herbs (green, if dried) orangepeel, orangeblossomsyrup. Sweet, again orangey in character, even if the coriander is unmistakable, making it a tad soupy. Mineral, but NOT salty. Very slick, spritzy; maybe medium bodied but certainly not empty. The coriander is more than a tad too dominating - certainly more than the applewood version, IMHO. Still drinkable, thanks to the darker malts. Pours hazy orange color with a large frothy head. Aroma of herbs, urinal cake, faint citrus fruits, wood and goose berry bush. Flavor of citrus fruits, grass, yeast, mild salty notes and spices. Somewhat tart grassy palate.

Pours a hazy amber colour with a large, frothy, creamy head. Looks awesome. Aroma of sour lemon cake, wood and wet earth. Flavour of wood, yeast, sour lemon cake again, salt and some maltiness. Light bitterness and sweetness. Light bodied, slick mouthfeel and hard carbonation. Finishes sour, salty, fruity and mild sweet. Not too yeasty and actually rather pleasant.

Aroma is stale and floury with apples, urine and yeasty notes. Flavour is tart with urinal cake, citrus, some green apples and earthy notes. Nice, could be a sour ale as well. Feels rather salty at the end of the glass – and I had only one third of the bottle. jfb (6675) - GERMANY - MAR 12, 2013
(draught) pours a slightly murky amber-brown colour with a frothy white head. aroma of heavy gletschereis and bubble gum, slightly meaty, with light notes of peppermint, treebark, lightly roasted malts and green apple. flavour is mostly the same, lots of bubble gum and mint, with a light sweetness, some herbal hops and a minerally finish. light-bodied with average carbonation.
