On tap at Churchkey for CBC. Poured a real hazy yellow color with a medium sized white head. Aroma was some grain, lemon, light pepper. Flavor was lemon, pepper. On tap at Churchkey. Pours a fairly clear light straw color with a good white head. Wheat in the nose. Faint orange peel and a bit of lemon. Flavor is crisp and wheat heavy. Very dry. Excellent mouthfeel overall. Really impressive beer that went to incredibly smoothly. Would be absolutely excellent for the summer. On draft at ChurchKey DC during the Craft Brewers Conference. Pours a cloudy yellow with a white head. Somewhat thin mouthfeel. Crisp finish.

Tap at Churchkey. Pours neon bright yellow to straw. Weak head. Nose is lightly funky, nothing I would consider great: pear, mint, gamey melon, something close to fresh orange juice, lots of lemon, vanilla extract. Interesting combination. On tap at the brewery. Pours a hazed gold with a thin to medium sized white head. Nose is delicate with very faint citrus and tropical fruit, wheat and a sweet musk note. Lovely amalgam of musk and soft wheat. The brett in here is subtle and sweet still, would love to see how this holds up or changes in the long term, and with the amount of body it has, would certainly love a funky white wine barrel aged version of it. Om nom nom. Gentle musk leads into a lightly soft finish with soft sweet wheat, faint orange and I finally get the pepper (pretty pink peppercorns) in the background. Gorgeous stuff. Draft at the brewery with Andrew and Brian. Pours a hazy whitish golden body with thick white lacing. Aroma is light wheat, spice, fruit and light hop. Mouthfeel is medium and fluffy with notes of Wheat, spice, banana, light clove, pepper, candy and light hop.
