On tap at the brewery. Pours a hazed gold with a thin to medium sized white head. Nose is delicate with very faint citrus and tropical fruit, wheat and a sweet musk note. Lovely amalgam of musk and soft wheat. The brett in here is subtle and sweet still, would love to see how this holds up or changes in the long term, and with the amount of body it has, would certainly love a funky white wine barrel aged version of it. Om nom nom. Gentle musk leads into a lightly soft finish with soft sweet wheat, faint orange and I finally get the pepper (pretty pink peppercorns) in the background. Gorgeous stuff. Brilliant. On tap at Churchkey. Pours a fairly clear light straw color with a good white head. Wheat in the nose. Faint orange peel and a bit of lemon. Flavor is crisp and wheat heavy. Very dry. Excellent mouthfeel overall. Really impressive beer that went to incredibly smoothly. Would be absolutely excellent for the summer. It’d be great if this were bottled to give the Brett a bit of time to develop. dfroms (477) - Brooklyn, New York, USA - MAY 3, 2014
Taster at the brewery. Pours a pale, hazy whitish yellow. Aroma is spicy and fragrant Brett, citrus zest, grassy hops, flowers, so appealing. Taste is light graininess and biscuity malt, orange, lime, Brett. Fruity, but very dry. So refreshing. Love this. merc7186 (3142) - North Tonawanda, New York, USA - NOV 14, 2013
A: Very Hazy Golden Straw Hue, Passes Some Light, White Head Ring, Great Lacing
S: Oranges, Brett
T: Lemons, Brett, Mild White Pepper, Mild Yeast
M: Great Carbonation, Light to Medium Bodied, Mildly Yeast
Overall, the description sounded great with Fresh Oranges, Brett, and Pink Peppercorn but this seemed like a mild version of the flavors, including the brett. jredmond (8204) - New York, New York, USA - MAR 24, 2013

Draft. Pours gold with a white head. Wheaty and lemony, juicy, light spicy notes, and a nice dry finish. Super drinkable. Quite good. Reynolds314 (3433) - Connecticut, USA - MAY 24, 2014
Cool beer but i had higher expectations by the description. Taste is very standard belgian wit with peppercorns, clove, coriander, and lemon. Taste isnt tart or funky really but has a light brightness of citrus and flowers on the finish that keep it from hoegarden territory. Nice beer but left wanting more. ticked at the source, the peppercorns are really interesting here in a normally overplayed beer. Nice spicy bite, quaffable. BLADT (700) - Brooklyn, New York, USA - JUN 20, 2014
Draft. Pours lemon white. Full head. Pepper nose. Mild wheat and orange peel. Taste follows, with light Brett, some toasted grain, earthy hops. Not bad.
