Draft. Ugly cloudy urine colored body with a frothy white head. Aroma of grass, lemon, toasted grain. The flavor is moderately sweet and lightly bitter. It finishes lightly sweet and lightly to moderately bitter. Medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation. Zippy lemon and citrus taste. ben4321 (6839) - Hoboken, New Jersey, USA - OCT 15, 2017
Can from the brewery. 4.8% on the can, not 5.4%. I'd replace the generic PB growler pic with one for the can of this beer if it were up to me. Golden color, foamy white head. Strong lacing. Pilsner malts, bread, some, and a little grass. Tingly feel that finishes heavy on the spice forward yeast. Not quite as clean a flavor as I look for in the style, but a drinkable beer for sure. [2/6/17] Draught at Peekskill Brewery in Peekskill. Thanks Amit. Yellow. Grainy, sweetish, bread, a bit of corn, slightly bitterish finish. kraddel (9336) - Antwerp, BELGIUM - FEB 2, 2015
Tap at the brewery .
Pours unclear for a lager . no real head . Smell is none . Taste is sharp and very intense . Malts , typical lager aspects , very intense and clean ( no lager - IPA like so many craft breweries do these days ) . high carbo . Very unique . craftycarl21 (2338) - Seattle, Washington, USA - SEP 23, 2014
Draft at the brewery. Gorgeous pale yellow pour with fluffy white head. Nose and flavor bring stunning dry lemongrass, crisp cracker, and hints of apricot forward jammy new school hop character. Still a gorgeous pils at its core, but introducing that awesome tropical trait as well. Really good.

Light golden colored body, medium sized white head, soapy lacing. Grass and a little citrus and hop spice. Light crackery malt base. Medium to light bodied, moderate to lively carbonation, clean, light sweetness, moderate bitterness in the crisp finish. Ernesto987 (6050) - Arizona, USA - JUN 17, 2014
ticked at the source, your standard lightly hopped, grassy plis, very nice, and fresh. I like these from the source. swoopjones (7020) - Buffalo, New York, USA - AUG 16, 2013
Draft at barcade. Golden pour, medium bodied. Piney citrusy bitterness. Clean and crisp. Solid pils

Tap at alewife - PB is great at light, session beers. Nose is cracked grains with a nice biscuit note. A touch of pine and dry finish. Could definitely drink this all day. vtafro (7451) - Wayne, New Jersey, USA - JUL 11, 2013
Draft. Golden pour with white lacing. Crisp malty flavors are laying. Aroma is light. Why can’t people drink this instead of bud?
