COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Another World is a red sour beer aged in oak barrels. Fermented with two strains of Brettanomyces yeast and two strains Lactobacillus bacteria, this red sour presents notes of cherries and caramel.

Inside of this beer, there exists another world. A world ruled entirely by yeast and bacteria. This dichotomous world survives and thrives through constant cooperation and competition.

2015 bottles - 6% ABV
2016 bottles - 5.8% ABV

On tap at the brewery. Pours a relatively clear amber brown with a thin tan head. Brown malt and sour acid on the nose, oxidization and a bit of fruit. Medium bodied, big and tangy, bright acidity, lemon and acid, tart and tangy. Long tangy acid, lots of bright lemon. Super tangy. Amazingly vibrant into the finish. Sweet tarts and citric all the way. Very pretty.
