Draft at the brewery, from old notes early 2014. Slightly hazy gold color with a small white head. Light fruits on the aroma, oak, cheese, acetic elements. On draft at the brewery. It pours a clear golden color with a white head. The aroma is cheese and oak with some dried apricots and white vinegar. On tap at the brewery. Pours dark gold with a light white head. Aromas of wet wood, lemons, citrus zest, lemonhead candy. Flavor is marred by diacetyl. Notes of rotting oak, lemon, apple juice, and slight cardboard oxidation. Not very tart.
