Clear, bright gold, small white head. Light, sweet fruity aroma, kinda stone fruit, kinda floral. Moderate sourness, mild oak, somewhat acetic, mild pucker. Light feel. Bule (2256) - California, USA - AUG 6, 2014
On tap at Beercraft. Pours a golden color without any head. Mild sourness and a little too sweet. The herbs stand out a lot.

Clean golden headless, cidery pome flavors, light apricot, floral herbal, black tea, lightly. Astringent, sweet, light woody character, acidity is moderate , might be better dried out and softened a bit. JohnnyJ (5569) - San Diego, California, USA - AUG 1, 2014
On tap at Stone Sour Fest 2014. Orange pour, with a white head. Fruity, sour, grain, wood, vinegar, a bit peppery, and herbal. Kind of weird, but not bad. illidurit (2458) - San Francisco, California, USA - JUN 21, 2014
On tap at the brewery. Pours orangey gold with a coarse froth. Tart golden apple aroma, coriander apparent, slight champagne. Flavor is nondescript acidic grains, apple cider, vinegar. Mouthfeel is quite tepid, needs more carbonation. Near the end of the glass the chamomile emerges, giving it a strange herbal vegetal tinge.

Pours orange with a smooth white head. Aroma of tart fruits, spices, wood, oak and yeast. Taste is smooth, tartish fruity and exotic spicy with some wood, sour vinegar, vanilla, grainy malts and yeast. Finish is smooth, grainy and yeasty with some sourish vinegar, tart fruits, oak and wood. Almost like drinking a mix of a sour saison and some green tea.
UPDATED: MAY 2, 2014 Tap. Pours hazy golden, medium creamy white head, good lacing. Aroma is fruity, lemon, a bit peppery, floral, interesting spices. Flavor is light sweet, light tart, perhaps ginger and green peppercorn? Medium body, spritzy. Nice. Not really getting a lot of coriander, which is not a bad thing for me.
