COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Ale with Lemon Zest added.

Our Sour Saison is brewed with the same souring techniques practiced by Belgian brewers the world over. With freshly zested lemon added, this ale is light, tart, and refreshing.

’... Any note, no matter how sour, sounds like a song if you hold onto it long enough.’
--DeWitt Bodeen

Shared 750 ml. bottle poured to snifters showing a cloudy, orangey gold color, with a modest layer of white head froth, and ribbons & spots of lacing. The nose was light yeast, citrusy hints as orange & lemon zest, passion fruit, and a touch of dryness. Light to medium bodied, fair carbonation complemented rather than intensified the tart, and subtle puckering nature. Light, Gose-like salinity also followed in the flavor. Pleasantly dry finishing.
