COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Cloudy because of the raw wheat used and yeast in suspension. This beer is light, refreshing, and a little bit tart, spiced with coriander, curacao, orange peel, and a top secret brewing spice. This is our rendition of a Belgian witte perfect on a hot summer day or with a bowl of mussels. 20 IBUs

Drink this beer quite a bit because it is brewed at a local bar.The best that Haverhill Brewery has to offer in my opinion. Pours hazy orange color with a white head similar to Blue Moon Smells spicy and citrusy Tastes citrusy and spicy. Orange peel and clove. MF- Very crisp refreshing beer. Really decent beer that is good year round.

Tap. Cloudy lemon yellow body with a foamy white head that had nice retention. The nose is bright and lemony with a nice yeastiness and wheat malt base, heavy coriander. The flavor is bright and citrusy and the spices are well balanced and not overdone. Lingering orange and coriander with a soft yeastiness. Light bodied and crisp, rather refreshing with lively carbonation. Nice length to the finish. Nice effort, good use of spicing and letting the yeast express itself.

On draft at The Tap Restaurant. Tasted this as part of a sampler. This witbier is a solid example of the style and one of the better brews in the flight I was sampling. Will drink this again without hesitation.

12oz bottle in a wine glass. Pours cloudy golden with a white head. Aroma of pale and caramel malts, a little spiciness, some wheat, and floral hops. Flavor the same. Average texture. A decent witbier.

Medium-bodied brew with a minuscule white head. A lovely combination of orange & coriander & hay in the nose. Bitter citrus flavor with a peppery finish. Hazy orange-juicy appearance. Not your mother’s oj, though.

Aroma of white pepper and coriander with dried orange. Hazy orange appearance. Flavor is sweet citrus and sweet spicing. Secret ingredient? No idea. A bit flat, needs more zest. Pretty good offering though.

UPDATED: NOV 17, 2011 Bottle… Hazy golden ale with a small, fizzy, white head. Good retention. The aroma is a nice blend of fruitiness and Belgian spiciness – apple, pear, bitter orange peel and coriander. Light to medium-bodied with fizzy carbonation. The flavor is both crisp and lightly fruity with a mild bready component. Finishes clean and refreshing. Thanks go out to growler for setting me up with this one!

Clear golden coloured body with a hint of a copper glow and a thin, fast-dying off-white head. Aroma of oranges, light malt, caramel, yeast, strong coriander seed, citrus and much more curacao! Medium-bodied; Effervescent up front with a lot of yeast and curacao showing and a good malt backbone, some light lemons and a dash of wheat to keep it light. Aftertaste shows a ton of spices, curacao and coriander seed to make it very true to the style with a lingering, yet nice aftertaste. Overall, a very nice beer that shows well, is complex and is very light and refreshing in hot weather! I sampled this twelve ounce bottle purchased from Colonial Spirits in Acton, Massachusetts on 23-September-2010 sampled at home in Washington on 19-July-2011.

typical white, a little more tame and complex than a hooegarden. This isnt really my style, and this beer is for the masses , all you common folk.
