4 oz pour on draft at ChurchKey. Hazy to opaque golden yellow with off-white head. Aromas of citrus, pine, floral notes. Tastes of tropical fruit, grapefruit citrus, floral notes, pine. Medium body with a dry finish. For an IPA, it tastes like a double IPA.

Can thanks to Randy. Pours a cloudy gold with medium frothy white head that lasts. The aroma is wheat, orange zest, dust. Medium body, juicy hop, grapefruit, pine, light bitterness, crushable, very nice.

@ BXLfest 2017.

Can from the brewery. Murky golden-orange color with a thin white head and some strong, drippy lacework. Herbal, grassy, and floral hops come through on the aroma with some pale malts, wheat, and a light fruitiness. Tastes clean and hoppy with a bit of bitterness and some wheat notes. Drinks very clean with a lighter body. Really nice mouthfeel overall. I remembered this being my least favorite of the 4 from the grand opening, but now that I’m enjoying the can in a less hectic environment with a chance to give our a proper rate or is really quite good. The IPAs from this place are primed for the hype train for sure, and that’s long before they get anything out of their koolship, at what point I expect to never be able to walk in here. Anyway, really excited by what they opened with, and I can’t wait to see what’s coming from them in the future.

16 oz can from Andrew. Hazy orange color. Ripe mango tropical fruit. Flavor is chewy fruit. Some banana and a touch bitter orange on the finish. Solid subtle hop profile from start to finish.

On tap at the brewery. Citrusy aromas, some cereal grain, lightly tropical. Hazy orange with a mostly lasting white head. Mostly dry, fruity, nicely balanced. Medium bodied.

From notes. Enjoyed at Abu’s place on September 13. 16 oz can. The pour is a hazy golden orange color with a thick white head and some good soapy lacing on the glass. The aroma is light on the citrus, with a bitterness to it and a light tropical fruit. There is a pretty heavy wheat and graininess to it. The flavor is much of the same. It’s light and clean. Tropical fruits, citrus, wheat, and a light grain. The mouth feel is clean, and under carbonated with a light lingeringly wheaty fruit on the finish. It’s really good. Crisp and clean, but I wish there was a little more to it.

Sampled at BXL. Bright hazy golden with a white head. Very fruity, tropical, with notes of peaches, pineapple, citrus, oranges. Very low bitterness, delicious stuff.
