COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Henry Ded Mon is our collab with our good buddy Mikkel Borg Bjergsø from Mikkeller HQ. Clocking in at 11%, Henry Ded Mon is a Quintuple dry-hopped Triple IPA. We completely bombed this one out with hops at almost 15lbs/bbl. We used excessive/disrespectful amounts of Citra, Mosaic, Galaxy, Amarillo, Vic Secret, Motueka, and Kohatu. It’s seriously smells and tastes like tropical fruit juice with virtually zero alcohol presence.

Sweet Jesus! Super dank, thick and juicy. So thick you can almost chew it. Lots of citrus and tropical fruit on the palate with a subtle bitterness at the end! Practically zero booze presence for such a high ABV beer. Absolutely cracking beer, quite possibly the beer of the year for me so far!!

Shared for Gus and Aaron’s birthday share with the namesakes, Dan, Ellen, and ebone1988. 16 oz can. The pour is a nice darker juicy color with a nice thin ring of head and no lace as it falls. The aroma is nice. Lightly hoppy and tropical fruity. It’s really good. The leafy hop is pretty decent with a nice juiciness. The alcohol hides out until the finish. The flavor is much of the same. The hops are nicely balanced with a huge juiciness. The fruit is nice and the balance is nice. The mouth feel is medium bodied and softly carbonated with a lingeringly hoooy and bitter fruity finish. This is legit. 7 4 7 4 15

473ml can from Mikkeller Webshop. Pours cloudy and hazy yellow with a foamy white head. Aroma has loads of tropical juicy fruitiness, pineapple, mango, hints of chewy citrus. Taste is super smooth for a 11% ABV beer, loads of juicy tropical fruitiness, citrus, pine, pineapple, mango, hints of bitterness and caramely maltiness. Finish is sweetish, slightly bitter and super juicy with loads of tropical notes, pineapple, mango and citrus, hints of warming alcohol in the end. Quite nice, super juicy triple IPA that goes down really easily. Great stuff.

Can from mikkeller webshop. Hazy orange body with a small white head. Hops, tropical fruit, slight alcohol notes, tropical juice bomb, it’s like when eating breakfast and drinking a big glass of tropical juice. Wow. Smooth mouthfeel. Low to medium carbonation.
