From a can that magically appeared one night at Mekong. One of the best things about Mekong is the occasional magically appearing beers. Poured medium orange, clear (?!), nice head. Aroma if citrusy hops and light caramel malts. Flavor matches. Finishes fairly dry, hoppy. Solid, solid IIPA, as if they wanted to show off that they could just brew a very, very good standard of the style whenever they felt like it.

Poured an orange color with a white head Aroma was pineapple and cat pee, same caramel sweetness. Flavor similar, a little on the sweeter clying side, but not bad.

Can, from brewery. Good aroma, sweet, fruity, on the lemon, lime, grapefruit side and pine. Earthy streak. Cloudy golden orange color, ok head, faded quickly, little to no lace. Fairly bitter, lightly sweet flavor. Medium body, creamy thick mouthfeel, bitter sweet finish. Solid IIPA

16oz can pours a dark, murky gold with some swirling white head. Nose has mango, guava, vanilla, candlewax, cardamom, honey. Flavor has ice cream, honey comb, mango, guava, grass. Sweet finish.

UPDATED: OCT 16, 2016 Tap @ brewery. Caramel color with moderate head and decent lacing. A light sweetness in the aroma with pith and pine and hint of earth. Juicy and lighter than I would have expected.

Tallboy can via trade. Poured a chunky deep orange body under a smaller to average foamy off white head. Aroma/flavor of Dank hops, rotting citrus, tea leaves, dough, bad grapes, bad fruit. Medium body, stronger carbonation and an average duration on the aftertaste with a touch of heat on the end. Solid and probably better fresher, my can was like 7-8 weeks old, yup cant believe Im that guy now.

Solid. Mild juicy hops. Smooth malt body. Some orange creamsickle sort of flavors. Bright orange color. Aroma is smooth orange cream. Better as it warms just a touch.

My second beer from The Veil. Like my first one, IdonteverwanttoBU, this one is a double IPA. But its distinct from that first beer in that this one is dryer, brighter, not as dank, and a little maltier. The mosaic hops are a big presence, but theyre smoother and dont pack as much punch. The malt comes through with mellow, caramel notes. Very good.

Big mosaic hop nose, some underlying toast, soft sweet malt base, tropical, melon, citrus, and a little sweaty. Hazy golden orange pour, white head, lasting, with solid lace. The can is cool too. Flavors of tropical mosaic notes, danky hops, resiny and chewy, soft toast perhaps a touch of caramel. Deviates a little from their standard hazy juicy ipa thing - works well for my tastes. Solid drinkability, no heat. Good stuff.

Pours a clear amber color. Thin white blanket of head. Onion, pine. Medium sweetness. Long bitter finish. This is like a better version of PHP Fully Adrift.
