Honey colored pour with plenty of white head that fades quickly. Aroma of stale citrus and yeasty notes. Flavor is tart and very citrusy, lemongrass, melon, and funky yeast. Quite delicious and refreshing.

Very tart but drinkably so. Wild and funky - some brett perhaps. Apple in the mouth with a hint of citrus. Quite fizzy and alive. Can imagine drinking it on the farm.

mathieuc (3590) - Qubec, Quebec, CANADA - JUN 1, 2016
Pours a pretty hazy golden with a small white hesd that leaves low lacing. Nose is of cardboard, oak, light acetone and fruits. Taste is of fruits, lightly acidic, oaky. Some problematic carbonic acid. Body is light to medium and carbonation really high. I thought it was alright but we definitely let it go for too long...

bottle shared by mathieuc, thanks for this bro! pours cloudy pale golden orange with a shy white cap offering minimal retention and lacing. green and red apples, obvious oxidized notes, light acidity - plain lactic; herbs, peppery wheat. moderate carbonation, light body - slightly watery; dry, tart herbal-citrusy finish. may have been nice at some early point in time - but feels like a rather dull soured wit.

Bottle (750 ml) shared by mathieuc. Slightly hazy orangey-golden with a small white head, decent retention, leaving little lacing. Aroma is of apples, oxidation-cardboard, rotten fruits, mild brettanomyces presence and mild spiciness. Taste is slightly sweet and again quite oxidized with rotten fruits, cardboard and mild spiciness. Medium body. Medium carbonation. Rotten fruits finish. Quite disappointing but oxidation is the main problem. Maybe it was good at first, but right now its subpar. At least its not too heavy.
