Bottle. Pours a hazy bright peach with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has earthy hay, funk and grass with a decent amount citrus supporting. Flavor as sweet grains and hay up front with yeast and a combination of earthy and sweet citrus towards the finish. BVery (11491) - Plymouth, Minnesota, USA - OCT 14, 2016

Bottle thanks to Rainer. Pours a cloudy orange with medium off white head that lasts. The aroma is yeast, funk, citrus. Medium mouth, citrus, wheat, funky, lingering dryness, not much going on with this one.

Pours bright orange with a tall off white head. Huge citrus aroma, orange, caramel and ripe tropical fruit. Sweet tasting, with lots of caramel malt, combined with orange and leather. Reminds me of an aged barley wine, but with fresh hop aroma. Full body, medium carbonation. A bit too sweet in the finish, but I think I was expecting something drier. An opaque dried apricot body is crowned by a tall, dense, slowly fading, pillowy, frothy-tight off-white head, which creates thick arcing peninsulas of lace with a few scattered large dots

Initially, big citrus zest and juice fading back a bit to reveal complex, intertwined fruit components over restrained sweaty, dank funk gaining a bit of influence with warmth, light grassy, herbal tones and a solid dose of sweet, lightly toasted bready malt... mango, papaya, pineapple, canned peaches, honeydew and cantaloupe, subtle maraschino cherry, fruity cream... a medium plus, nicely cohesive body with big creaminess and mellow carbonation leading to a creamy residual with mild bitterness, faint spice, and sweet fruity-earthy-doughiness creating a tangy character with solid duration conjuring a sense of dreamsicle which carries into the aroma

Bottle thanks to my Oklahoma sister! 750mL bottle poured into a snifter -- Citra all the way. For a Brett beer this is super malty. Holy crap, it’s 10%. I’m really wondering how this would change with a year or more on it.
