Cask @ The Willow Walk. The pour’s deep golden amber with a small white head. The nose is honeyed brown bread, some light summer fruits and tinned pear. The taste is baked brown bread, some white grape. Mild grassy finish. Medium body, soft carbonation. Ok, but quite malt-forward. Tastes like a ho-hum bitter.
Cask at Hole in the Wall, Darlington. Amber gold colour, white foam head and slight malty aroma. Taste is biscuity malt caramel with some hints of citrus and earthy bitterness. Smooth mouthfeel, medium bodied, soft carbonation, dry earthy finish. Quite OK bitter. Cokemonkey11 (1050) - - JUN 21, 2015
Pint, scotch hop, Edinburgh. Pours medium transparent amber with a thin white head lasting. Scentless. Taste is plain Scottish bitter yeast with nut hints. Malty. Finish is clean, sessionable. Decent. Stuu666 (14596) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - MAR 10, 2015
Cask at the Standing Order. Pours golden amber, nose is orange, toffee, taste is floral, citrus. JaKeAFC (1265) - ITALY - AUG 5, 2013
Pint on pupm-tap. Clear amber to copper color, creamy white head. Quiet nose. Aroma are mostly soft hops, pine, spruce. Some caramelt on the malts side. Body is somewhat watered down, low carbonation makes it very easy to drink, smooth but not really impressing. Wouldn’t say this is an IPA, rather a bitter indeed. dogbomb (1244) - ENGLAND - APR 29, 2013
Cask. Light gold with a thick white head Nose of caramel, with a decent bitter hop. Taste isn't quite as hoppy as I was expecting. Mostly malt caramel with a light hop sting. Could really do with a bit more hop. The bitter hop comes through in the aftertaste on the palate, but too little too late for me.

Green Man, Bank 5 Nov 12. JDW festivaløl. Mørk aprikosfarget. Uklar. Lavt skum. Fester seg litt til glasset. Svak aroma. Smaken vassen. Blir syrlig etter hvert. Tørr aprikos/mandelettersmak. ManVsBeer (10928) - Hebden Bridge, West Yorkshire, ENGLAND - DEC 2, 2012
Slightly clouded golden ale with a thick head and dry aroma. Crisp with little taste. Rune (13381) - Tromsø, NORWAY - DEC 2, 2012
Half-pint, cask at The Green Man. Tiny, off-white head blanketing the glassware. Hazy apricot coloured body. Smell of dusty hops and break-like malts. Malt-fruity taste with hints of lactose. Mild bittersweet tail. Average (from JDWs real ale festival menu, London 05.11.2012). Kåstå (1273) - Mol, BELGIUM - NOV 18, 2012
On tap at the Counting House, Glasgow.
Quite typical light copper foamy low co2 bitter. Some roasted bread like aroma with notes of hay. Nothing close to the IPAs I am used to. Ok, but nothing special.
