33cl bottle from Toscanaccio, Winchester. A big improvement over the Premium Lager, looking and smelling better as soon as the bottle is opened. Straw with a billowing white head; the aroma is of sweet honey and cereal - Sugar Puffs is a good reference point; full and zesty in the mouth with a sharply citrus bitterness over a grassy body; and a zingy finish. Definitely stands out from the average macro-brewed Pilsner. Hirotoma (471) - Bologna, ITALY - JUL 5, 2012
Pale golden color with small white head. Malt aroma. Grainy taste and light bitter, finished with more pleasant refreshing bitterness. Quite decent pilsner.

Bottle at home. Golden with a white head. Aroma medium malty (caramel) and hoppy. Flavor medium sweet and bitter. Medium body. Sissio (1650) - Orsenigo, ITALY - JUN 8, 2014
Slightly hazy pale, minimal white head
Cereals, bitter ending, hops, a hint of cardboard eduardovl (1449) - SWITZERLAND - OCT 14, 2014
UPDATED: DEC 1, 2014 330ml bottle served in a Weizen glass.
A: Pours a very clear pale yellow color forming big bubbled and soapy white head. Medium retention and tons of white soapy and lingering lacings left in the glass
S: Nice smell of sweet pale grains and hoppy and flowery Pilsener style hops. Probably Saaz hops. Crispy pale malts taste. In overall, a dry malty taste. Yeasts are very bready and low fermentation-like. A bit earthy too
T: Follows the nose, strong notes of pale grains in the upfront. Slightly sweet. Very bready. In overall, a dry and crispy taste. Could be a bit more hoppy but still not bad at all
M: Light body. Light carbonation. I this point, it lacks a bit of extra carbonation to the style. Hoppy flowery and mild bitter aftertaste
O: Smooth and quite drinkable beer. Another good surprise from Theresianer brewery

Pensavo peggio.
Bottle. Golden body white head. Aroma is malts with herbs and hints of citrus. Taste is also malty and some bread. Aftertaste is bitter with some malt sweetness. Nice pilsener.
