Embrouille (2854) - SWITZERLAND - JUN 20, 2007
UPDATED: JUN 28, 2008 Bottled 33cl. It pours a nice light amber coloured beer with a rather quick diminishing white head. Dominating aromas of caramel, some nice hops, bread and hay-like elements. Lots of caramel in the taste which is rather sweet and malty. This beer has a good mouthfeel. Sweet malty finish. There’ s nothing really interesting about this vienna, it’s just a decent brew. A bit boring. RERATE. (additional comments): Very pleasant. Hints of peanuts. Wonderful candy-like components. heavy (2817) - Split, CROATIA - SEP 2, 2011
25/08 0.33 l bottle from from Coop store, Gradisca d’Isonzo. It poured amber body with smaller to medium sized head that disappeared soon. Sweet caramel and wood aroma, touch of alcohol. Fine, slightly bitter wood and earthy flavor balanced with lot of sweetish caramel. A bit strange and interesting, but pleasant. Medium bodied with a bit more pronounced dryness in the finish. Pretty fine, though nothing special for a vienna really. MarkoNm (2745) - Novo mesto, SLOVENIA - APR 7, 2015
Pours a clear dark amber color, topped with an average-sized of-white head. Mild malty aroma, caramel, and slightly grassy later on. Sweet malty at the start, caramel present, mild bitterness in the finish, slight grassy feel in teh aftertaste. Not bad, drinkable, but nothing out of the ordinary.
