COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This classic auburn-red lager descends directly from the first "Vienna" produced in Trieste at the beginning of the Twentieth Century. It maintains its smooth, fresh, simple taste together with a cleverly weighted flavour of malt and hops. Because of the simplicity and balance of its aroma this light red beer is perfect with all kind of food.

Metalchopz (3474) - Cantley, Quebec, CANADA - JUN 10, 2014
Enjoyed in a bottle at Pub Italia. Pours a hazy deep amber colour with a creamy warm cap, average retention and no lace. Big bread nose at first pour, then fruity malts appear. Fruity malts with caramel and a short finish. Wet mouthfeel but gets tarty, lingering. Surprisingly good looking for an Italian Vienna and well-brewed overall.

Bottle 0,33L. Clear amber colour with frothy, light brown head. Nice aroma of caramel, brown sugar, roasted malts and butter. Start taste is moderate bitter with caramel note. Finish is also moderate bitter with orange peel taste on the tongue. Light to medium body, watery mouthfeel and soft carbonation. Good caramely Italian vienner...

UPDATED: NOV 27, 2014 330ml bottle served in a Weizen glass. A: Pours an absolutely clear copper color forming a medium creamy and thin bubbled beige head. Medium retention and quite a lot of spotty, lingering and a bit soapy lacings formed and left around the glass S: Sweet caramel and crystal malts in the nose. Very earthy. I like it. Flowery hops in the end T: Sweet caramel in the upfront. Notes of caramel and crystal malts. Evident bready and very earthy low fermentation yeasts. Malty and crispy and very smooth and easy drinking. Mild hoppy bitterness that fits to the style M: Light and bit molasses body. Medium carbonation. Malt and caramel in the aftertaste O: Smooth and easy drinking beer. Simple and very honest. Much better than the italian macro breweries’ offers [ BA Review @ 10/28/2013 ]

Vrlo dobar lager jantarne boje sa solidnom bijelom pjenom. Puna okusom i mirisom. Definitivno nešto što bi se sa guštom moglo piti. Vrlo osvježavajuće.

Looks the business – medium chocolate brown with a non-extent head. Sweet nose of milk chocolates and malts. Good flavours to taste; soft malty chocolate and dry, minerally lagerish notes that tighten the beer nice and provide some strong character.
