olio (10274) - Tampere, FINLAND - JUL 14, 2017
Tap @ The brewpub, Innsbruck.
Pours hazy orange color with a large head. Sweet hay-toffee aroma, stuffy, diacetyl is strong on this one, grain. Flavor is buttery, grainy and a bit hay dry, some malts. Not very pleasant.

laiti (8469) - Tampere, FINLAND - JUL 14, 2017
Draught @ the brewpub, Innsbruck. Aroma has strong diacetyl tones and it feels musty - and even a bit contaminated. Flavour has cereal-like malt, diacetyl, some tartness and mild floury tones. Not good, feels slightly contaminated and there’s too much diacetyl too. Closer to a zwickel than märzen by looks and taste.

SinH4 (4796) - Garching b. München, GERMANY - MAY 3, 2017
Tap at the brewpub. Hazy amber-orange color with white head. Aroma is bready, malty, fruchtgummi, juicy malts, a bit buttery. Taste is bready, again juicy malts, caramel, buttery, and a little tart touch, a bit nutty. Bready-grainy aftertaste. Natural but high carbonation. More moreish than expected for sub5 ABV, but does not completely work out.

Bov (12636) - Bienne, SWITZERLAND - OCT 12, 2016
[email protected] - hazy light amber-orange beer with a moderate head retention; gently spicy and herbal hoppiness; moderate malt backbone; crisp and bitter, quite dry spicy and flowery hoppy finish - well-made but deeply boring

Lore (2746) - Budapest, HUNGARY - JUL 1, 2016
Golden to amber colour, medium sized dense off-white head; aroma of grains, hay, grass and some barnyard; taste of a malt-dominant lager with some herbal and grassy hops; correct and refreshing beer

fiulijn (20515) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - DEC 24, 2015
Draught at the brauhaus
Cloudy orange blond color with compact head. There is a good bready malt flavor and aroma, but the brauwerk was not exceptional in extracting the goodness, and there is not enough hop and bitterness.
Pleasant but simple.

Trübes orangegold mit durchschnittlicher Schaumkrone. Malzig, leicht nussig, würzig, sehr süffig.

Beerhunter111 (20476) - P´Castle, GERMANY - MAY 10, 2015
On tap at the brewpub. Trübes orange goldenes Bier mit einer geringen weißen schaumkrone. Geruch fruchtig malzig, süß, Getreide. Geschmack wässrig malzig, gar nicht hopfig, getreidig, trocken.

dutchbeerpages (2439) - Wilnis, NETHERLANDS - MAY 21, 2013
Soapy butterscotch aroma. Quite cloudy, small head that stays for a long time. Very light butterscotch in the flavor. Creamy, not too crisp.

chinchill (5011) - South Carolina, USA - NOV 2, 2012
.5l in mug at the brewpub. Arrived with 2 fingers of off-white head over a hazy golden beer. The head had very good retention and left the mug fairly well coated with lacing. There appears to be lots of carbonation. Has an attractive, yeasty and bready aroma, with (Noble?) hops. The flavor is almost exactly what the nose suggests, although a tad more hoppy. But this brew does not have the hoppy character of a typical pilsner. (After reviewing, I find it is a Marzen). M: smooth; light/medium body; medium-high carbonation. O: the long-lasting, bready aftertaste may be the strong point of this beer
