From tap at the brewpub. Pours hazy dark orange with a small white head. Aroma is mild malty, vague fruity. Fruity, light yeasty and with a nice crisp grassy hoppyness. Mild citrusy note. Ends dry and bitter.

Draught at the brauhaus
Cloudy orange blond color with compact head. There is a good bready malt flavor and aroma, but the brauwerk was not exceptional in extracting the goodness, and there is not enough hop and bitterness.
Pleasant but simple.

Ein mildes Bier, prickelnd, sehr leicht fruchtig, etwas hefig. Hinten rum eventuell etwas malzig, was dank der Milde fast unter den Tisch fällt. Test vom 11.4.2007, Gebinde: Fass Noten: 11,8,8,6,-,6 - 7,15

On tap at the brewpub. Trübes orange goldenes Bier mit einer geringen weißen schaumkrone. Geruch fruchtig malzig, süß, Getreide. Geschmack wässrig malzig, gar nicht hopfig, getreidig, trocken.

Dark honey golden color, steady cloudy white head. Citrusy, brewing mash aroma. Like all their beers - light - lacking decent malty background. Crisp. Lemon candy flavor with light citrusy hops. Some sugars in the aftertaste. Typical brewpub product.

Bov (12109) - Bienne, SWITZERLAND - OCT 12, 2016
[email protected] - hazy light amber-orange beer with a moderate head retention; gently spicy and herbal hoppiness; moderate malt backbone; crisp and bitter, quite dry spicy and flowery hoppy finish - well-made but deeply boring

A mild brew that gets into EPL terrortorry. It isn’t that great considering it is a small brewpub.

Amber clour , medium-size head. Fruity and flowery aroma. Malty and sweet, full-bodied with a pleasantly and resiny hoppy finish.

Had this at a Theresien Brewpub, Innsbruck 30.05.12 Pours light amber in colour some haze and a slim white head. Little fruity with a slight sour tang (nice) This seems to be the flagship beer and it is certainly offering more and is better than the Spezial in my opinion. Lihht bitterness and the fruitiness returns, good. A6 A3 T7 P3 Ov13 3.2

Sample slightly beyond BBd Slight gushing to firm, fine-bubbled yellow head. Yeast fully in suspension in mossy-sheened orange beer. Rather sourish nose, alternative grains, wholemeal, rice, faint citrus or apple. Again combination of just a little sourish taint, citrussy and other grains - weird for a Märzen, but it would make for a very good wheat/spelt/rye... Very carbonated, lightening a maybe medium body. Sourish notes become stronger in time. No doubt better on draught, but not bad. Many thanks to deanso!
