Poured from a can. The color is a hazy golden straw color with ample bubbly white head. The nose has some pepper and citrus but overall dominated by the Belgian yeast smell of bubble gum. The flavor is sweet with classic saison notes, earthy, pepper, citrus, and bubble gum. The body is just over medium with a slight creamy feel and decent carbonation. Overall it is a very easy drinking, tasty farmhouse ale. mike67 (1286) - , New Jersey, USA - OCT 11, 2016

Draught @ Malt and Mold. Hazy bright yellow with small creamy white head, citrus aroma, high carbonation, slightly sour citrus peel taste, thick body, medium citrus peel finish. Smooth and citrusy. coldbrewky (1731) - Hippetown East, New York, USA - APR 16, 2016
Can via BTL. Muted yellow with a thinner whispy film of a head. Pencil points of lacing. Slightly sour funk nose. Flowers and cobwebs. Surprising something that evokes rustic tones comes from the City. I hate the city. I like this beer. At first taste, I thought I could crush a few of these. Then the smoked meats arrived. Sample at District Tap House. Hazy golden color with a medium white head that diminishes steadily to a film. Stringy lacing on the glass. Aroma of herbal yeast, fruit and malt. Medium body with flavors of citrus, yeast, malt and grassy hops. The finish is fruity and spicy with an herbal yeast aftertaste. Decent overall. jgb9348 (6583) - Arlington (Pentagon City), Virginia, USA - SEP 25, 2015
Hazy golden coloured body with a thickish white head, about three centimetres tall that fades fast. Aroma of grass, coriander seed, light yeast, corn and a touch of curacao and citrus-based sweetness. Medium-bodied; Strong grassy and herbal flavours at first with a good coriander seed freshness and a light citrus twang and sweetness and a touch of metal on the end. Aftertaste shows a little grassy freshness with a little sweetness and a good finish of herbs and light hops. Overall, a nice beer with a good profile and a steady complexity - nice to try, and even though it isn’t amazing, a good beer all around. I sampled this sixteen ounce can purchased from Murray’s Cheese in New York, New York on 20-June-2015 for US$2,99 sampled at home in Washington on 24-September-2015. olr1984 (1500) - fort wayne, Indiana, USA - SEP 10, 2015
