The sun’s setting & I’m on my second beer. Kinda wished I’d reached for something else. There’s a nutty essence buried here but I wish it’d shine a bit more. Tastes like a CCR cover band.

For A mass produced beer it isn’t too bad. I wouldn’t go out of my way to purchase it but might once and a while. I applaud coors on what they are trying to do

maxwelldeux (4374) - Snohomish, Washington, USA - MAR 15, 2013
Draught. Pours a clear amber color with a moderate white head. This seems like a remarkably average beer. It’s a decent amber style lager, but not a lot of substance to it.

Amber with a small off-white head. Aroma is malty and leaves. Taste is malt. What a boring beer...and expensive to boot. At $10 a 6 pack it’s not worth it! Good thing I wasn’t the one who bought it.

travita (5006) - Dallas, Texas, USA - MAR 15, 2013
Bottle. The look is clear, off white head, and amber in color. The smell is malt, basic, poor, and caramel. The taste is caramel, malt, hops, and sweet.

16 oz. can from Total Wine, Alpharetta. Pours a crystal clear amber with an explosive head typical of a macro lager. Leaves decent lacing. Aroma is pretty typical of the style; some light hops and sweet caramel. Taste is water, corn, and caramel malts with a slight hoppy finish. Cleverly disguised macro lager, but decent compared to the rest of the Coors lineup. Very refreshing, if a little boring.

blipp (9599) - La Mesa, California, USA - MAR 14, 2013
Bottle. Pours amber with an off white head. Weak sweet malts, low bitterness. Bland and boring.

cthomas2390 (228) - Colorado, USA - MAR 13, 2013
Pours a pale gold with small, lacing head. Indistinct hop aroma with a bit of biscuit as well. Light to medium bitterness, but not too much else. Carbonation and mouthfeel are both acceptable for a lager. Crisp, dry finish. Decent, but uninspired.

nimbleprop (8725) - SouthWest, Washington, Washington DC, USA - MAR 13, 2013
On tap at Mackey’s in DC. Pours a clear light bronze with fading white head. Nose of malt, grass, cracker, stale bread. Flavor is the same, slightly metallic. A little cheap tasting but better than other BMC and maybe even a little better then Yuengling.

2.3
rumproasts (5592) - Grand Rapids, Michigan, USA - MAR 12, 2013
bottle. golden with small head. was expecting the worst, but not bad. fairly flavorful lager with a hoppy bite in the finish.
