This is a special beer style that is a satisfying refresher. The light body and pale color results from the quality malt recipe and our famous Cold Spring water. The brew is mild both in aroma and taste, but has its own unique signature. The hop impact is not excessive and compliments the pale malt flavor profile. This is an easily drinkable beer that can satisfy at a session with friends.

Bottle. Pours slight hazy, yellow hue with a thin white head. Aromas of pale malt, some hint of corn, sweetness. Taste of corn, sweet, hint of citrus, somewhat chewy. A delectable light summer beer which is a nice alternative to a pilsner. Nothing flashy but for the style, really enjoyable. I like it better than New Glarus Spotted Cow which seems to be the signature cream ale in the Midwest. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

12oz bottle poured into a tulip. Pours an unique golden yellow color with medium head. Nose is floral and grassy; flavor is malt, bread, grass; smooth mouthfeel. Drinkable and unique, similar to a hef.

A gift 12 oz. bottle from neighbor’s last Minn. trip stash. Poured to a Czech-pils glass with a hazed straw color, white bubbly & billowy head foam and clingy, lasting ribbons & spots of lacing. The nose was mildly sweet, light grain, a hint of corn, and light malt with biscuit/cracker scent. Light bodied with decent enough carbonation to keep the texture above watery, the flavor added low hop bitterness, with a crisp & dry finish. Clean and sessionable.

Pours pale yellow with an unimpressive he's that disappears in a flash. Champagne bubbles pop from the glass bottom. Wonderfully sweet, floral aromas. Carbonation leads on the tongue, but a nice silky mouthfeel accompanies it and pleasantly lingers afterward. The beer's flavor is the best part... goes down incredibly smooth with delicious sweet bread flavors and finishes with the slightest hop tang. Awesomely refreshing on a warm summer evening.

I’ve certainly had better beers, but I’m not sure I’ve had better cream ales. For the style, which is not my favorite, but definitely has it’s place in the beer world. A refreshing ale, with a super low ABV, makes this one a solid table beer.

Tap - average size foamy head, pale clear straw color, light and balanced aroma and flavor, slightly dry finish, not bad but was expecting a little more. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle - cloudy yellow with next to no head. Lemony watery taste and somewhat metallic on the back end. Not much to it at all.

Bottle. Not my favorite style. Very light bodied beer with not much of a flavor profile. A little funky like most cream ales I have tried

Pretty nondescript beer, maybe I should try it again on a hot summer day. Citrus, grassy aroma, watery, hardly any alcohol evident.

Bottle at yespr.
Cloudy yellow coloured with a medium sized white head.
Sweet and fruity aroma of malts, honey and hops.
Sweet and fruity flavour of grass and hops.
Hoppy finish.
