From bottle. Pours a golden straw hue hint of copper with a thin white head. Aroma is subtle with a citrus hop, some tropical fruit, bready, and a little sweet malt. Taste is similar with citrus, floral notes, and a little pepper. Taste is not intensive compared to typical west coast style IPAs. Mouthfeel is light to medium with an above average carbonation. Finishes clean and pretty smooth with a subtle hop tones. Very drinkable IPA, almost session like. Surprisingly, pretty enjoyable. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle. Pleasant nose of pine, lemon and orange citrus. A touch of grapefruit comes through on the tasting. Good balance.

I wasn’t impressed. I’ll admit it, I’m a hop head I love a very hoppy IPA and this simply doesn’t deliver. It was very bitter and malty and left me disappointed.

Bottle pour at home, thanks Andrew for this one. Amber pour, sweet malty aroma, hops and spices little citrus, not much bite for a IPA yet very nice.

Bottled. A very mild and subdued ipa, hops are held back and it is not particularly bitter in a style that is known for being bitter. Some sweet malt, and sweet potato. I have no idea what the super secret experimental hop could be.

Bottle. Thanks, andrewje41! Pours a slightly hazy darker amber color with a smallish light tan head on there. Nose seems pretty earthy to me, doesn’t seem all that bright and fresh and first glance. Taste is fairly bitter and a bit earthy again, and and the bitterness builds throughout the drink.

12 oz bottle poured. Pours a dark copper color with a thick, creamy head and lacing. Nice even bready malt and hops aroma. Creamy body to it with some nice citrus hop flavor throughout. Drinks very nicely. Very nice hop compliments. A bit of a lingering grapefruit flavor. Quite impressed here. Really enjoyed this one.

I tried one of these last fall and wasn’t too impressed. Having this one now super fresh and I’m pleasantly surprised. Amber color with a foamy off white head. Some bready malts and light citrus on the nose. Taste is super clean, tropical fruits with a nice malt balance. Kind of a cross between a west coast and English IPA.

Pour on tap, clear reddish pour with white head, aroma brought lemon, earth, caramel into a bit of toffee, slight spice, husky note in there, slight spice. Taste was a mix of orange, red fruit into a bit of caramel, toffee, some slight rye, touch of husky, earthy notes, finishing bitter.

On tap at Happy Gnome. Pours a clear amber orange with a white head that dissipates to the edges and laces. Aroma combines citrus with a bit of pine and light grains underlying. Flavor is more earthy pine with a bit of grass and some earthy grains backing.
