Bottle. Virtually exploded into the glass. Cloudy, dry and sour, lacking in finish or strength of flavour. I admit I still dont quite get saisons. If anyone does, please let me know what Im missing.

75cl bottle. Cloudy golden colour with thin off-white head. Faint aromas of fresh bread, pine and dried fruit. Taste has medium bitterness with fruity sweetness that continues to aftertaste. Interesting and good pairing with fish dishes.

Bottle. Full golden colour, not quite clear. Heavy carbonation. Scent is of lemon, vinegar, honey and yeast, with noticeable sour funk. Taste is sweet at first, then very dry, with a bittersweet finish. Pleasant but not impressive.

3fourths (9299) - Boulder, Colorado, USA - SEP 13, 2014
Bottle-conditioned 33cl from Brasserie Thiriez, dated 12/15, likely 12/13 bottling. Lightly hazed amber gold with a patchy white head.
Malty, yeasty nose of toasty baked crackers, candy sugar, wet / green / herbal Strisselspalt, dank basement, fruity pear and grape and green banana esters and a small dose of bubble gum. Medium-light body, semi-sweet to sweet, lightly acidic with good bitterness. Lively carbonation, fine and soft in the mouth. Rich house character, seemingly good shape, only a bit too much of a green banana nose, but otherwise its a fun beer.

Bottle. Slightly clouded amber-orange with a thin head. Has a tropical fruitiness thats better stated in its nose, behind a medium to high bitterness.

jookos (6224) - FINLAND - JUN 30, 2014
Bottle. Yellow hazy, foamy. Belgy blond yeastyness, green, light citrus, fruityness, pale malts. Medium bodied, pale malty, some bitters, but soft. Ok belgian blond, but nothing too special.
