Aroma of a sweet hoppy, malts. It has a hazy golden color. Lightly sweet, hoppy, malty saison. Overall it has a decent flavor, but a bit lacking. Not bad but did not stand out.
Poured cloudy yellow color with an average to large frothy white head that mostly lasted with excellent lacing. Moderate herbs, citrus and yeast aroma. Medium body with a smooth texture and lively carbonation. 750 ml bottle from Mr. B’s Wine & Spirits on sale for $6.99 (probably not too fresh). Hazy, deep, golden to yellow appearance with a fluffy white head and light lacing. Aroma of toasted grain, bread, light yeast, mild hops, light peppery spice and hints of citrus zest. Similar flavor, adding moderate hop bitterness balanced by light grainy sweetness. On tap at Lord Hobo, Cambridge, MA. Clear pale gold with a white head. Aroma has a lager-like quality, with a bit of skunk, floral notes, grass, and spice. Flavor is similar to aroma, with additional spice and some funkiness. Has a dry finish. Not bad.

- Hazy orangey with a frothy white head, good retention and some lacing.
- Thiriez yeast is the first thing you get along strong herbal and peppery presence.
- There’s a very nice farmhouse character similar to what you can find in some Blaugies or Dupont and that we almost never get this side of the pond.
- Breadied malts, chewy cereals and caramel give this beer a solid malt backbone.
- The dry and peppery finish add to the quenching character of this beer.
