rosenbergh (11755) - Tampere, FINLAND - SEP 24, 2011
330 ml bottle. From Bodegraven, the Netherlands.
Cloudy or hazy brew with small to average size off-white head. Fruity and sour aroma with toasted malt. Mild bitter fruitiness and toasted malt in flavour. Soft carbonation. Not very inspiring one.

ekstedt (6947) - Göteborg, SWEDEN - SEP 3, 2011
From a bottle at GBF 2011. Clear golden, medium white head. Fruity and spicy aroma. Light to medium bodied, medium carbonation. Fairly dry, medium bitterness.

OleR (4804) - Oslo, NORWAY - SEP 1, 2011
Big bottle, picked [email protected], København. Tall creamy white head. Shady, straw yellow body. Tangerins and perfumey Belgo-yeast to the nose. Dry sharpish fruit flavor. Restrained dry malt body with fresh grainy notes. Fresh yeast tones, as well. Nice sparkling in the mouth. Some spicy astringency on the palate. Lively, dry fruity finish. A refreshing one.

Vaiz (4460) - Den Haag, NETHERLANDS - AUG 18, 2011
Bottle. Clear golden pour, huge foamy white head. Aroma is fruity, young grains and very green. Flavor is slightly sweet malty, young fresh grassy hops and quite fruity. Nice balance, refreshing brew.

Benzai (16569) - Oirschot, THE NETHERLANDS, NETHERLANDS - JUL 19, 2011
Bottle at Cafe Buitenlust, Oirschot. Hazy golden color. Nothing really stands out. Average smell, average decent taste. Lightly grassy, hints of bitter. Low body.

caesar (7170) - Bunnik/Utrecht, NETHERLANDS - JUL 5, 2011
Bottled from de Molen. Hazy to cloudy (depending on how much yeast you pour) orange golden color, medium white frothy head. Aroma of bit earthy hops, slight grassy, grainy malt. Hint of spicyness. Slight bitter taste, some caramelly notes. Bit dry and touch of sourness.

zdk9 (183) - Texas, USA - JUN 27, 2011
(750ml bottle thanks to bu11zeye) Yellow and highly carbonated with a billowing foam of head. Smells floral, yeasty, some lime, a bit of smelly feet. Taste is not as good. Has some spiciness- coriander and pepper, light malt. Bitterness is stronger than expected and kind of out of place.

DutchDrebus (6136) - Oirschot, NETHERLANDS - JUN 27, 2011
Tasted @ Bierfestival Oirschot ’11, poured tasting glass from bottle. Not very special this one. The term bio doesn’t mean much to me, i’d rather have a very nice tasting beer. This one is quite average. Bit dry touch to it. Living mouthfeel.

EugeneStraver (307) - Nootdorp, NETHERLANDS - JUN 3, 2011
20110602 Oirschot Beerfest (33 cl bottle): A cloudy yellow beer with a goo white head. The aroma is some malty and rose hip. Also some ethyl acetate. A malty and sweet taste with some hopbitterness in the aftertaste. To much CO2. The taste is more or less neutral, with some red fruit and rose hip. The balance of this sticky beer was not okay. BBE 02/2011.

Bottle from La Cave A Bulles. Hazy amber beer. Very soft malty beer with a hint of caraway plus some hoppy grapefruit bitterness. Not bad but seems to hang it’s hat on being a ’bio’ beer.
