bottle from saveur-biere.com. Hazy to cloudy pale yellow colour, fluffy white head. Aroma of lovely floral hops. Medium-bodied with a very pleasant malt base, slightly grainy, but elegant and light. Lots of floral, slightly perfumy hops with a grassy-resiny touch and even a touch of citrus fruit. Quite complex yet highly drinkable and very, very moreish. Bottle. Hazy gold pour with compact white head. Aroma is pleasant, light grainyness, pepper, something grassy, fresh hay. Taste is grainy, bready, sweet flavors with a pleasantly bitter finish. Palate is clean, dry, light-medium bodied with good carb. Solid little farmhouse ale, super easy drinking and more importantly still, doesn’t suck because it’s organic. 3fourths (9356) - Boulder, Colorado, USA - AUG 2, 2014
UPDATED: AUG 3, 2014 May 2013, bottle at One Pint Pub, Helsinki. Hazy pale gold body with a a fine white head. Banana esters in the nose with a strange green leaf quality and a lot of phenolic bubble gum. Neutral pale malt / cracker-y flavor. Floral lemon hops with a dry and tart mouthfeel. Light body, soft malt, natural carbonation is effervescent and gives the beer vibrancy and life. Zesty, musty and quenching. Bottle might be a tad old here, and it seemed to be minimally light-struck, but at a level low enough that my sense of it was quite low.

August 2014, 33cl bottle from the brewery in Esquelbecq. Herbal green aroma with some faint rubbery notes. Yeasty aroma, musty, grassy, kind of dill and pickle-like even. Earlier in the day, Daniel Thiriez opened another bottle of this, likely from a different batch as it was absent this green rubber character, though it was greatly skunked, so the impression today is not so good. This bottle being rated is not skunked, but the nose is difficult to get into. Game-y aromatics to go with a cumin powder resemblance :/
Bottle from Caves à Bulles. Cloudy pale golden with an enormous head. Nice yeasty and fruity aroma, hints of banana. Fruity flavours, both banana and hint of lemon, blending with decent hoppiness. Good carbonation. Very well-made and refreshing. HenrikSoegaard (14480) - Randers, DENMARK - APR 29, 2010

Bottle that was about 2 years past its drink-by. Will still rate it, because it was good and interesting that way. Cloudy blonde with a nice low head. Big grapefruit nose, barnyard funkiness which certainly came with aging. Light malts as well. Tart, citrus flavors, not much hops left at all, but barnyard and some sweet bready malts. Crisp, light body. This made me think about the whole deal with BA saisons. They taste like this fresh, but with more hops. This truly is an agable beer. Ysok02 (1771) - Mons, BELGIUM - JAN 8, 2015
Robe or, reflets ambrés.
