, København. Tall creamy white head. Shady, straw yellow body. Tangerins and perfumey Belgo-yeast to the nose. Dry sharpish fruit flavor. Restrained dry malt body with fresh grainy notes. Fresh yeast tones, as well. Nice sparkling in the mouth. Some spicy astringency on the palate. Lively, dry fruity finish. A refreshing one.
Sample at ÖÖWF 2011. It poured a foggy yellow liquid with a white head. Fruity and yeasty smell. Lightly fruity and malty taste. Fresh and easy to drink. harrisoni (19529) - Ashford, Kent, ENGLAND - MAY 23, 2017
Bottle from Terre de Boissons Calais and drunk at home. Hazy pale gold lasting white head. Funky saison like aroma. Some peach. Some hop quite easy drinking but interesting at the same time. A little meat on aroma. Good yeast and hops. Decent. JorisPPattyn (10111) - BELGIUM - JUL 8, 2010
Towering, huge, dense white head over (cold)hazed bright orange-yellow beer. Pear- and bananaesters, grassy, pale malts, maltings. More bitter taste, but with straw-like, biscuity maltbacking. Hops in the aftertaste, bit of caramel without sweetness. Human sweat warming up. Bit burning MF, medium bodied, good attenuation. Quite malty, nice beer. I’ll have to review my stance on biological beers, if this continues.

Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is fruity, wooden, mildly herbal with yeast and some quite farmyardy notes. Flavour is caramel, some earthyness, sweetness, fruits and mild floral notes. Pleasantly balanced and quite refreshing, but also a bit watery.

Hazy yellow color, small white head. Sweet, spicy, herbal, candy scent. Mineral, sweet, alcohol taste. Fresh aftertaste. Medium mouthfeel, low bitterness.
Taste mellows out a bit when the yeast sediment is added.
Bottle from brewery. Medium blonde pour, juicy fruit bubblegum. Nice dose of bitterness, re Houblon Chouffe, bubblegum, good mouthfeel. Medium body, decent erickok (6036) - Leuven, BELGIUM - APR 23, 2013
Misty golden body with stable creamy white head. Looks good. Fruity yeast of apples and peach candy, light pale malts, white bread and some sweet hops. Moderate bitterness, dry ending with a creamy mouth feel to balance that. Bit of pepper in the middle makes this somewhat interesting. Well brewed, quality ingredients. Accessible taste with a light spicy twist and creamy mouth feel. Decent brew, not exactly my kind of thing.
