Bottle 75 cl. Courtesy of Ungstrup. Pours a slightly hazy golden with a firm off-white and lacing head. Fruity nose with some yeast, skewed, odd and very French. Medium body, rather tart and fruity with a yeasty edge. Some bittering hops in the finish. Very "artisanal" - Bière de Garde. 301109 Ungstrup (38384) - Citizen of the universe, DENMARK - NOV 30, 2009
Bottled. An unclear golden beer with a lazing white head. The aroma has notes of citrus, malt, and yeast. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, straw, citrus, and yeast, leading to a dry yeasty and citrusy finish. thewolf (12801) - Kolding, DENMARK - MAY 28, 2010

Hazy pale golden with a big, frothy, white head. Aroma has green apple, malts, estery. Highish carbonation, fine dry and light creamy mouthfeel. Flavour is dry, hoppy, light piney, malty sweet, estery and some fine green apple peel. Long, pleasant, lingering bitterness.

extremely huge white smooth head, clear to slightly hazy yellow. Yest in the bottle.
flowery, herbal, grassy, sourish and citrussy notes in the aroma. also dry and yellow fruity notes. and. dough and yeasty notes. Aroma changes a bit around while the giant head settles.
dry flavor, sort of like 1/3 belgian blonde mixed with 2/3 pilsener if that makes any sense. fresh yellow fruity notes in the flavor as well as a good amount of hop bitterness. Definetly drinkable, but pretty strange. Skinnyviking (9719) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - FEB 4, 2011
Bottle. High fluffy and long lasting white head. Hazy yellow body. Lemon grapefruit grass aroma. Heavily carbonated fresh and crispy lemon apple flavor with a fair amount of hops bitterness. Long bitter aftertaste. DutchDrebus (6193) - Oirschot, NETHERLANDS - JUN 27, 2011
Tasted @ Bierfestival Oirschot ’11, poured tasting glass from bottle. Not very special this one. The term bio doesn’t mean much to me, i’d rather have a very nice tasting beer. This one is quite average. Bit dry touch to it. Living mouthfeel. caesar (7281) - Bunnik/Utrecht, NETHERLANDS - JUL 5, 2011
Bottled from de Molen. Hazy to cloudy (depending on how much yeast you pour) orange golden color, medium white frothy head. Aroma of bit earthy hops, slight grassy, grainy malt. Hint of spicyness. Slight bitter taste, some caramelly notes. Bit dry and touch of sourness. Vignale (4011) - Malmö, SWEDEN - MAR 26, 2012
Bottle from SB shared with three friends. A really refreshing beer with a thin body, but great, yet subtle tastes. Belgium yeast, coriander, green pears and elder flowers. A fantastic beer for a warm summerday but really enjoyable all year around.
