Erasmus_ro (2905) - Alabama, USA - OCT 4, 2013
750cl bottle. Starts to ooze out slowly as soon as you crack the cap. Pours a yellowy orange with a very large, white head. The glass is mostly head. Only a dab of beer at the bottom. The bottle is green glass so the aroma is a bit skunky, but fortunately that recedes fairly quickly. The rest is rather yeasty with quite a bit of pale malts, some spiciness and herbal aroma there as well. Taste is a lot of pale malts, quite spicy, lightly sweet, lightly sour. Quite a bit of herbal flavor on the finish. Light with decent carbonation. Good with food.
