Highly carbonated. Wonderful appearance, dark brown, with lingering white head. No hop aroma, but lovely caramel flavours. A well balanced brew.

Bouteille de 33cl. Couleur noire, mousse moyenne det tenue assez faible. Des arômes de café contrabalancé par quelque chose de doux, voire fruité, légère fumure. Carbonnation assez plate. Trouvée à Cash Flandres Artois- Ferrin.

Westchesterco (2043) - mclean, Virginia, USA - MAY 14, 2017
On draft at Trois 8 in Paris it is a dark brown color with a tan head. The aroma is black licorice and the taste is a black licorice with hints of roasted coffee and some milk chocolate with a bitter roast finish

Iphonephan (6984) - Jackson Hole/McLean, Virginia, USA - MAY 13, 2017
On draft at Trois 8 in Paris. Pours black with a tan head. Toasted malt aroma. Flavors of chocolate and leather. Bitter roar finish.

Nez café et fumé que l’on retrouve en bouche. Le fumé domine. Mousse inexistante

lullasky (33) - Nice, FRANCE - APR 7, 2017

JorgeLee (2110) - Greater London, ENGLAND - APR 4, 2017
Bottle from La Binouze in Paris. Dark brown almost black colour, nice thick white foam. Interesting beer this, certainly challenges the conventional style descriptions. Dark malts, not bitter, licorice, bit of cocoa, brown bread. Fruity esters, pear drops. Herbal spicy hop. Medium finish. Hint of something funky. It’s nice, like a lot of hoppy or funky dark beers I’m not entirely sure all the flavours melded together perfectly, but worth a go for sure!

Mild malty and slightly sour nose. Pale beige head. Dark brown reddish color. Sour and fruity taste with some prunes. Mild coffee notes. Mild hops.

Grzesiek79 (4294) - Radom, POLAND - DEC 28, 2016
Beer from Berrs of Europe. Pianka srednia bezowa i srednio trwala, sporo karmelu i lukrecji, kukulki, ogolnie przypominalo bardziej slodszego portera baltyckiego niz klasycznego londynskiego Portera, ale nie bylo az tak zle

3.2
Vaiz (4460) - Den Haag, NETHERLANDS - NOV 21, 2016
Tasted at Borefts Beer Festival 2016. Medicinal, roasted, meaty, slightly watery and s bit strange.

Bue à la pression au Borefts Beer Festival 2016. J’avais d’autres choses à faire que de prendre des notes ;)
