Idiosynkrasie (8199) - Bielefeld, GERMANY - MAY 22, 2015
330ml bottle. Cloudy, amber-ish red colour with average, frothy to macropore, diminishing, minimally lacing, off-white head. Malty and fruity aroma, notes of rose hip and hibiscus, a spicy touch of cinnamon and soy sauce. Taste is moderately sweet malty, some caramel, hints of rosehip, cautious cinnamon allusions. Spiced in wisely restrained mode.

Slightly hazy darnk amber with light amber tinge. Dense beige head, lasting. Aroma is malty and fruity(dark fruits), tart hints, caramel, cherry, woody tones. Taste is dark bread crust, dark caramel malts, dark roasted bitterness/tartness. Quite tasty! Light bitterness from the roasted malts in the aftertaste. Dry, medium carbonation.

AshtonMcCobb (7028) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - FEB 13, 2015
Bottle thanks to allmyvinyl. Appearance - a stunning auburn. It would’ve been a 5 had the head not disappeared so quickly. Nose - redcurrants and cherry. Some wood spice. Taste - more wood and red fruit. Palate - medium bodied with a tangy texture and a dry tangy finish. Overall - interesting and enjoyable.

Old rating. 0,33l. Best before 09/2010.
