Bottle 0,33 l, Piwnica, Wrocław, Poland. Rubinowe, mętnawe piwo o grubej, szybko opadającej pianie i słodowym, owocowym aromacie. W smaku również słodowe, chlebowe z lekką, zbożową goryczką na finiszu.

UPDATED: AUG 7, 2014 From tap at Brasserie Thiriez.
Mostly clear dark amber body with an off-white head. Spicy cara red malt cinnamon and tobacco and red apple. House strain shows its core rustic mustiness. Herbal hops with faint citrus oil notes. High caramelization, enough so that a trace of smoke is suggestable. Velvety texture, soft as can be, the signature body of Thiriez in full effect. Off-dry, low acidity, relatively low bitterness.
