Draft sample. The beer is a clear amber with a beige head of foam. Sweet caramel and toffee notes. A little nutty. Some dry nutty notes in the finish as well. Medium body and medium carbonation. dimeon (363) - Johannesburg, SOUTH AFRICA - MAY 30, 2017

On tap at York River Landing. Delicious and simple. This showcases the malt profile -- some bread, cereal, and toast, as well as a nice light caramel sweetness -- with a slightly peppery yeast kick. Good and easy drinking. tderoeck (10002) - Gent, BELGIUM - NOV 25, 2016

Clear amber beer, creamy off-white head, little stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: very malty, some caramel. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: bitter, some overripe fruits, unpleasant bitterness, chemical touch. Aftertaste: bit sourish, dirty bitterness, don’t like.
Donker amberkleurig bier met beige schuim. Geur: moutzoetig, karamel. Smaak: licht zoet, mout, kandij. Lichte koolzuurprikkel. Smaakt eigenlijk als een zoeter tafelbier.

Tap I believe at Borefts 2016 - Dag 1. Bref: dry autumn leaf caramels and dried stonefruit frame a spicy sessioner between bière de garde, maltier saison and toasty English bitter. Earthy aromas and something like curry or curcuma abound in malt, hop and yeast profile. Will revisit in a saison tasting. mike_77 (7011) - Breda, NETHERLANDS - OCT 2, 2016
