On tap at the brewery. Pours a clear amber with a thin white head. Sweet malt on the nose, a touch nutty and toasty. Medium-bodied, a touch of sweetness. Malt, crisp sweetness, nutty. A light amount of bitterness into the finish. Clean and easy drinking. mR_fr0g (12128) - Hertfordshire, ENGLAND - NOV 23, 2015
On tap at the brewpub. Mostly clear orange / copper coloured pour with a lasting sticky cream coloured head. Aroma is sweet nutty malts, raisin, English yeast ester, light toffee. Flavour is light creamy, toffee, nutty malts, raisin, woody vanilla. Palate is medium sweet, moderate to low carbonation. Decent attempt, but falls short. hansvf (898) - - APR 10, 2015
Deze cask conditioned. Donker amber, dun maar prima schuim. Ruikt citrus fris. Smaakt warm vanwege de Engelse stijl, maar wel smaakvol. Zoet, niet echt bitter. beertholomeus (1813) - California, USA - JAN 5, 2015

A very nice ESB. Pours a lovely red with a thick white head. Smells creamy, with some caramel. More caramel in the taste, along with some roasted almonds. Not too bitter of a finish. Had on tap at the brewery.
